Services
The CFMEU encourages all building workers to be financial union
members.
With the active support
of members we can improve wages and conditions.
Members working under
union negotiated enterprise bargaining agreements (EBA’s) receive substantially better pay and benefits than non-unionists.
If you are a worker not
receiving these benefits you need to join the union and assist us in
achieving better standards.
These improvements will
not come from the generosity of politicians or the goodwill of
employers but, by the united efforts of workers unionising
and organising.
