regular basis so as to provide the best possible minimum standards
in rates of pay and conditions of employment.
Other Services
The department also assists members in relation to obtaining
other benefits, such as:

assisting members who are covered by the
Coverforce Top Up/24 Hour
insurance policy with the completion of claim forms and the
preparation of documentation in relation to making claims

advising and assisting members in obtaining benefits under their
superannuation fund
-
assisting members and next of kin in relation to death
benefit claims including redundancy entitlements,
long service entitlements and superannuation
entitlements.
Legal Assistance
CFMEU members are entitled to legal services in all legal
matters from solicitors
