ENTERPRISE BARGAINING AGREEMENT 2009-2011 RATES OF PAY

These rates of pay have been negotiated in the standard CFMEU Sydney Construction EBA. In addition to these hourly rates, there is generally a provision for payment of a Company Productivity Allowance and Site Allowances.

The CW (2) rate will be paid to a labourer on a daily basis where higher duties e.g., scaffolding, hoist operator, etc., are being performed. The CW3 (trade) rate includes provision for payment of a tool allowance. The CW3 NT (non-trade) rate does not include the provision.
