One of our greatest
achievements has been the placement of ‘green bans’ to
protect heritage buildings, parkland and open space.
The CFMEU has assisted
trade unions and workers in other countries fighting for democratic and trade union rights and is also active in the
anti-war movement and the struggle against globalisation.
